At the City Council meeting last night, a TC police officer spoke briefly about golf cart regulations. It was a followup to the email from Chief Rick Evelsizer, sent out earlier this month, in response to "numerous calls expressing concerns about young children operating golf carts on our walking trails and general use of golfcarts on City streets". Tree help?
I've noticed several of the trees along the sidewalk in front of our house have started dropping these little particles. One of them in particular is dropping a lot of these pellety things, and it's leaves are looking really skimpy.
